Child Free Zone -

 

As The 25 is the ideal place for a relaxing and romantic stay, we therefore only accept over 18s.  We are happy to recommend many local B&Bs who cater well for the family market.  

 

 

No Dogs -

 

We love dogs but unfortunately we don't have the facilities to accept them.

 

Please note that we do have a lovely miniature Schnauzer ourselves called Patsy.  Her breed does not drop hair so even guests with allergies are usually unaffected by her.  She does not go into the bedrooms but is happy to receive fuss in reception if you are passing the office.

Whilst on the subject of animals, we also can't accept hens, stags, cats, cows or elephants!
