Cake! This has to be one of the top reasons to stay with us. Our guests rave about my homemade treats. You will receive my world famous chocolate brownies on arrival with your complimentary welcome drink (soft and gooey on the inside yet the tiniest crunch on the outside and definitely not dry). Not only that but you’ll be looking forward to returning to The 25 Boutique B&B every day after touring the area to see what exciting treat awaits you in your room. Technology If you like your tech then you’ll love The 25. Julian has made sure everything is easy to use, and just works. No-one has difficulty logging into our high-speed wifi, everyone can enjoy watching movies on Netflix or Prime, and Alexa on our Amazon Echos is surprisingly popular. Why not ask her to adjust the air-con or change the colour of the mood lighting?
Location You don’t need to use your car once you’ve arrived, in fact – why arrive by car at all when there’s two train stations less than fifteen minutes walk from us? We’re within walking distance of several tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants, the sea, harbour and town centre. You can catch a train, bus or ferry to lots of local places and we’re not far from the M5 with good A-road links all the way to the motorway. And we’re on the English Riviera so the weather is often better than anywhere else.
Service Many people have described our service as “attentive but unobtrusive” – in other words – we’re always there when you need us and we’re happy to chat, offering advice and help where needed, but we’re not in your face all the time and we’re good judges of character so if you want to be left alone and not really wanting to spend time chatting then we’ll give you plenty of space. We’re really friendly and personable so the service you receive is much more than you would receive in a hotel where you are just a room number.

This is surely to testament to the service and product we offer our guests and how much they appreciate it and have a great time. Breakfast We’ve won various awards for our breakfast – The AA Breakfast Award, Visit England Breakfast Award and Aviko Great British Breakfast Award for the best in the UK! There’s an abundance of choice both hot and cold including homemade items like granola, yogurts and smoothies. Stay a week and you can have something different every day.
Adults only The last thing you want when you’re enjoying a quiet, relaxing break is to have kids running round and shouting or babies screaming all the way through breakfast. You can relax on our sun terrace or in the drawing room knowing that our adults only environment guarantees some peace and quiet.
Cleanliness Our aim is for you to walk into your bedroom and feel like you are the first people to use the bedroom since it was decorated and the first to use the bathroom since it was fitted. This is a difficult task and we set ourselves extremely high standards to achieve and maintain but we know our guests appreciate the efforts we go to.
